Do I need a health pass to enter the hotel?

To gain access to public places, users will have to present a paper or digital health pass from 01 August 2021. To follow the evolution of the regulations in force, we invite you to visit the website Our teams are at your disposal to help you with the procedures related to your stay at Hotel de l'Abbaye.

What hygiene measures are in place at the hotel?

We have put several measures in place to ensure your safety and that of our teams:

  • Hydro-alcoholic gel available for self-service in all public spaces
  • Masks must be worn in public areas of the hotel when our guests are moving around
  • Increased cleaning of public spaces and contact areas
  • Room service available
  • Safety distances around our reception areas
  • Secure contactless payment at all our points of sale

I. Coming to the l'hôtel

How to get to the hotel?

By plane : Roissy Charles de Gaulle or Orly airports, allow 45 minutes for a transfer by car from the airport.

By train : Depending on the place of origin, Gare de Lyon, Gare de l'Est, Gare du Nord, Gare Montparnasse.

Can you arrange my transfers?

We will be happy to organize your airport or train station transfer to and from the hotel. Please get in touch by phone or email at for more information.

What is the closest car park?

The closest covered public car park is the Parking Indigo Paris Saint-Sulpice, under Place Saint-Sulpice. It is a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

II. YOur stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is at noon. We will do our best to give you your room as soon as possible and accommodate late check-out requests.

Can you store my luggage?

We can safely store your luggage before your check-in and after your check-out.

Do you have a dry cleaning service?

Laundry bags and dry-cleaning sheets are available in your room. Call the reception desk to have us pick up your laundry.

Can you assist me with my restaurant, theater and museum reservations?

Our team will be happy to advise you during your stay in Paris and to take care of your reservations. Feel free to get in touch at or from your room phone (9).

Are pets allowed?

Animals are not accepted.

III. Reservations, modifications and cancellations

What are the cancellation conditions?

Depending on the rate chosen at the time of your reservation, your reservation is either non-refundable or refundable up to a certain number of days before your arrival. We invite you to consult the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

Can I change my reservation?

IV. Rooms

What are the different room categories?

Our 44 rooms and suites are all different and divided into 6 categories, from the smallest to the largest: La Chambre, La Parisienne, La Grande Parisienne, La Veranda, La Contemporaine, and L'Appartement Terrasse.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

All our rooms are air-conditioned.

Can my children sleep in my room?

A cot can be placed in the room upon request. Extra beds can be provided on request for children up to 12 years old at a rate of 100€ per night.

Do you have communicating rooms?

The following rooms can be communicating : La Parisienne, La Contemporaine, L'Appartement Terrasse.

Can I have a single or double bed?

We can prepare your bed according to your preference, twin beds or double bed. We invite you to notify us before your arrival by writing to us at the following address

V. Restaurant

What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast is served in the lounge or in your room from 7am to 12pm.

What are the lounge opening hours?

The Lounge is open every day from 7am to 12pm for breakfast, and from 12pm to 10pm in continuous service.

Do you offer room service?

The Lounge menu is available in room service from 7am to 10pm.
